Animal ER vets have to be so difficult to to keep a high google score, since these AMAZING humans are dealing with random animal injuries/illness without much knowledge of each animal. My dog had her spleen removed At our regular vet, she had done great all day, but as they were closing, and I was picking her up, she had some Complications. We had to Rush her to this ER as it was the only one open. They took our dog in, told us A pretty horrible Diagnosis, Let us say goodbye to her And we stayed up until three in the morning, waiting for the dreaded Phone call. The phone call never came! When we arrived, she was doing so much better And alive! Ignore the negative reviews. These people are awesome. They saved my dog. Excellent staff for such an emotionally exhausting job. I will forever be in your debt. Thank you thank you thank you! Also I was thinking about it; and specifically you guys letting me say goodbye to her for the night I think made a huge difference. It made her realize she wasn’t alone in an unfamiliar place feeling awful. I can not thank you all enough. Forever in your debt.

Had a great experience here. All staff were calm and kind even though it was extremely busy with a 3-4 hour wait. I know the negative reviews can be scary (we all want the best for our pets) but this is truly like going to the emergency room - they prioritize based on life and limb. If your pet isn't actively dying and isn't about to lose a limb, you're going to wait (and we absolutely did). Nobody likes to see their pet suffer and it can be hard to wait but it sure beats the alternative. Considering how busy it was, treatment received, I thought my wait time was reasonable and cost of care was reasonable. I would absolutely go again.

I was so greatful and thankful for this emergency clinic! I had to drive over an hour, one way, to get my sweet kitty cat looked at. Since it was rather sudden and a Saturday, I could not find a single clinic that could see him. The wait is LONG!!! I was there a total of 4 hours. I arrived around 10:30 am. They became swamped soooo fast! My sweet boy was ill, but not super sick. I was trying to prevent it from becoming a critical condition. You must remember, this is an ER. And as with a human ER, the wait can often be really long. It all depends on what comes through the door. They don't take appointments, which is both a pro and a con. They MUST triage every patient and give their attention to the most critical first. If your fur baby came in critical, you would want that! Most of us have a general knowledge of animal science, at best. Some...... Have NONE! I watched the staff quickly assess the condition and vitials of every animal that came in the door and triage them. I understand it's scary and we, as fur parents, can be panicked and emotional when our fur babies are ill. But you must trust the professionals!!! And above all, patience is going to be your best virtue and your saving grace!! Remember!! It's an ER!!! Wait times are usually horrible. And costs can be expensive. If your fur baby is in serious condition, they will assess them properly and immediately address them. Hopefully I will not need to utilize this clinic's services again...... Anytime soon. But when the need arrives, I will not hesitate to make the long trip to make sure my fur babies get the help they need, when they need it.

Went today for an assess rupture on my cat's ear that looked pretty bad so I didn't want to wait until my regular vet was open. It was busy and we were still in and out within two hours, which I think was great for a Sunday. Considering the emergency nature of the visit, the cost was also very reasonable. Thank you very much! I am so glad they are here to serve our community.

I’ve taken my poodle here 3 times unfortunately, and they have always been great. Once they didn’t even charge me, she saw the issue, fixed it, and let us go home. We were on our way in the span of 3 minutes! Their prices are reasonable and everyone that’s worked with us has been compassionate and gentle, answering all the silly questions. The most recent time he had HGE and it was scary to see him that sick, but they promptly diagnosed him, gave us a treatment plan, and now just two days later he’s back to playing like normal.

my fourteen week old pomeranian chewed through a tv cord and was electrocuted. i found her completely limp and lifeless on the floor, whenever i picked her up blood came pouring out of her mouth and nose. on the way to the clinic she started having a seizure. whenever arriving despite them being so full you could hardly walk in the lobby, they immediately came to me to help. they had xrays done and began oxygen within minutes. they saved my babys life. she had wires in her stomach, her lungs were filled with blood, and she had scorches in her mouth. she had to stay two nights. with oxygen treatment and medication, she began to come around. every single person i spoke too no matter what hour of the night, or how busy they were, talked to me with such kindness and compassion. i called several times in the middle of the night and visited twice and was always given a thorough update and i was never rushed. this place has a lot of negative reviews due to their pricing, and it is expensive but not unreasonable. all medical care is expensive. they do not take advantage of you at all, and i was actually refunded hundreds of dollars at the time of pick up because they stayed under the estimate i was given the day i brought her in. on the drive to the clinic, i thought there was absolutely no way they would be able to save her. she had stop breathing multiple times. despite how serious her injury was, and that the vet didnt know if she would pull through, putting her down was never once mentioned. they did everything they could. these workers are angels and i will forever trust them with my pets.

I have to say I was very impressed. Being in after hours emergency veterinary care you expect to be financially devastated.. but this one has very good pricing and was actually not much more than going to a regular vet. They are very upfront about cost and estimates and they provide very good professional, courteous help. Also they are very good about setting expectations and giving wait times and communicating. I was very glad that I had this option to save our dog on the weekend. When every other veterinary clinic is closed, these guys are open. They we're on call to save our little Toby's life.

Due to this clinics swift action and delicate care, I was able to spend 15 lucid minutes with my baby girl before she passed. That’s more than anyone could hope for when your babies health rapidly declines. Thank you to this entire team for being so dedicated and so caring. Your empathy and dedication will not be forgotten.

I came here the other night with a friend of mine. We thought that his dog might've have had parvo. Joplin, Missouri is a horrible place being that they do NOT have a animal clinic that is emergency or walk-in overnight. You either have to go an hour to Springfield, Missouri or an hour to Bentonville, Arkansas. Upon arriving here, they were very helpful. They asked the puppies name, looked at the puppies gums etc. Then they proceeded to immediately take the puppy back to check the puppies vitals! The puppy was all good. Just got a little sick from eating something. The inside of the building had just freshly been cleaned. It definitely did not smell like a vet clinic! The sign that they have out for individuals who have lost a part of their family, that was touching! Keep up the great work guys. Thanks again!
